You will possess technical expertise, creative problem solving skills and a passion for staying updated with the latest industry trends.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.

Preferred skills and experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, however, relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Demonstrable commercial experience as an App Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
Proficient in programming languages such as Kotlin and Swift.
Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of mobile application development frameworks such as iOS and Android.
Exposure to machine learning, artificial intelligence or data analytics would be highly beneficial.

Main Responsibilities

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, user requirements and design app solutions that meet the objectives of the Innovation Department.
Developing, testing and maintaining high-quality apps, ensuring they are scalable, efficient and reliable.
Utilising programming languages, frameworks and tools to create innovative and user-friendly solutions.
Staying abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends and best practices, and proposing innovative ideas for app development.
Working closely with our internal UI/UX designers to ensure seamless integration of design elements and enhancing user experience.
Collaborating with product managers to define and refine application features and functionality.
