You will make an impact in the following way:
- Understand the customer's existing or planned network architecture, provide guidance and ideas to support the customer's desired outcome.
- Convert customer driven product needs into workable solutions that can be manufactured and consistently applied.
- Provide customers with technical support to solve fiber optic related matters and discuss customer problems with the sales team to develop solutions
- Create schematics and drawings to demonstrate solutions to customers
- Produce installation mauals and instructions with the support of the Marketing team.
- Train sales and other internal team members on technical matters related to their projects
What you will bring:
- Education - Qualification in Engineering or other field relevant to the primary function of the role
- Technical Experience - Deploying fiber networks and key connectivity technologies with fiber optic and wire and cable
- Product Development - Experience in successfully overseeing and driving product development and product launches.
- System knowledge - Experience in SAP is desirable
