All Tech Engineering has one (1) immediate opening for Application Engineer

Candidates must have at least 5 year experience working within a manufacturing setting. Broad understandings of job progression as well as a comprehensive understanding of automated machinery and the Sales process are required. Experience using Microsoft Office/Excel is necessary. Knowledge of E2 ERP System and Microsoft Access is a plus.

Duties and Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Provide ongoing support for Sales Department including follow-up on quotes and aiding in prioritizing new quotes.
• Ability to learn from Sales Department the quotation process and generate preliminary quotations for review.
• Review Customer RFQ and process the machine application to meet the requirements
• Facilitate transition from the Quotation to Order entry by Accounts Receivable when we receive the Order.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
• Maintaining organization and prioritizing duties
• Tracking delivery dates and following up on orders via email and telephone
• Interacting daily with multiple customers over the telephone
• Reliable transportation

• Blueprint Reading
• CAD Software
• Customer Service
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment

Salary info:

$34 - $38 / hr
