Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Administration Officer who is committed to service delivery and improvement, to join our encouraging and dedicated team here at Mental Health Team Preston, Fulwood Barrack.
This vacancy is advertised as 37 Hours per week. Requests to work flexibly and or part time will be considered, taking into account business needs. Please note the salary will be pro-rata where part time hours are undertaken.

Person specification
- Liaising with stakeholder units, providing recall and statistical data when requested.
- Covering the reception duties and ensures that a high standard of administrative support is maintained to allow a safe and effective delivery of Mental Healthcare.
- Providing administrative advice on all aspects of Occupational and routine documentation ensuring the Data Protection Act and Confidentiality are adhered to.
- Reproducing medical documentation in relation to requests, ensuring written patient consent and documents have been screened by a clinician, copies must be certified true copy and should be dispatched in accordance with relevant Ministry of Defence (MOD) Policy/Guidance.

This job role may be suitable for hybrid working, which is an informal, non-contractual and voluntary arrangement, blending a balance of attendance in the workplace (your permanent duty station which is based on business assessment of where the work is best done) and working from home as a personal choice (if the role is suitable for this). If you are successful, any opportunities for hybrid working will be discussed with you prior to you taking up your post.
