Job description
Large Boarding Kennels on a beautiful 5 acre site. We offer overnight Boarding and Day Care facility for all sizes of dogs from the smallest to the largest. We would prefer a qualified level 2 or level 3 animal care assistant to join our fully qualified team set in the beautiful West Sussex countryside, near Emsworth. This is a great opportunity for a devoted animal lover to join a lovely team who provide a fun, safe and relaxed environment for their long and short stay boarders. The overall care, security and welfare of our customers dogs is our highest concern. General day to day duties such as: Feeding, Exercising, Cleaning, and Enrichment. There is a lot of exercise involved in this role and a lot of cleaning/scrubbing of kennels, washing up, disinfecting areas. You will be handling some very large dogs at times so you will need to be fit to handle the job. Eventually you will be required following training to deal with customers, answers phones and some general IT work using a software booking system. Experience preferred. Must have own transport and able to work weekends.
