Analytics & Digital Marketing Manager

As a Barclays Analytics & Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for Barclays CIB’s marketing analytics strategy and reporting, employing your strategic and tactical skill sets to optimize marketing performance. For this role, it is essential that you also have an eye for data, knowledgeable curiosity, familiarity with digital media channels, and the ability to create insights-led reporting that support decision-making.

We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. What will you be doing?
• Spearheading the Corporate and Investment Bank’s integrated reporting across campaigns and channels, including its global website, social media, and paid media
- Setting the vision for best-in-class analytics reporting across platforms, from strategy to establishment and maintenance of consistent reporting tools
- Helping and supporting build a best-in-class data and analytics roadmap that obtains both short-term and long-term goals required to be a centre of analytic excellence
- Transforming raw data into insights, recommendations, and results with an emphasis on clear storytelling and driving actionable marketing and business recommendations
- Supporting the business in prioritizing high ROI enhancements to marketing programs, encouraging client interactions and collaboration to improve conversion metrics over time
- Ensuring consistent tracking and analysis of core marketing KPIs across various internal and external weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reporting formats
- Assisting with and supporting the analysis and reporting on the effectiveness of new feature launches and content formats across digital channels
- Implementing and maintaining new and existing systems and tracking, including futureproofing addressability, website tagging and taxonomy schema
• Bachelor’s degree combined with previous experience in marketing analytics and/or digital media at media agency, creative agency or in-house marketing or analytics function
- Exceptional quantitative and storytelling skills with interpersonal skills to distil and visualize/present complex information to non-statistical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to identify, prioritize, design, develop, and implement advanced analytical solutions to complex business problems/opportunities
- Knowledge of marketing values and understanding of marketing strategy and mix to inform recommended actions
• Experience with and understanding of Datorama or similar visualization tools required
- Familiarity with and understanding of Adobe Analytics or similar tools required
- Knowledge and understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email marketing program is preferred
- Expertise in and understanding of Podtrac, Chartable or similar podcast analytics tools preferred
