Key Responsibilities

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Manages one or more projects requiring analytical support.
  • Liaises with key customers to define the criteria and timings for analytical development/validation.
  • Design and conduct experiments using chromatographic techniques in support of method development and validation.
  • Provide expertise in maintenance and usage of analytical instrumentation.
  • Act as a technical team member with cross functional project responsibilities on assigned projects.
  • Support operation and qualification of analytical equipment at site level with expert knowledge and state-of-the-art processes and systems.
  • Support the Quality Control network and lead activities related to analytical methods and instrumentation, as well as troubleshooting and resolving investigations to facilitate solutions to complex challenges.
  • Collaborate with sites, R&D and Regulatory Affairs in the preparation, management with regard to analytical methodology, equipment and systems.

  • Excellent report writing and communication skills
  • Exercise strong degree of technical knowledge to accomplish assigned objectives
  • Masters degree (Analytical Chemistry or equivalent) or Batchelors degree (Chemistry or equivalent).
  • Extensive pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Operational experience liquid chromatographic techniques (Ion Chromatography experience would be advantageous)
  • Implementing laboratory methodology, systems and equipment
  • Specialisation in method development and validation
