Your New Role...

The Analyst, International Content Finance will support content project areas including the global greenlight process, within the Global Content Finance & Analytics team. Specifically supporting the Director, Content Finance & Analysis – Greenlight, the Analyst will be responsible for core elements of the day to day running of the greenlight process. Attention to detail and an eye for great process will help to build success in this role.

Your Role Accountabilities...

Support day to day running of International greenlight process, across all aspects

  • Coordinate with local teams to ensure that all materials are prepared and ready for review
  • QC submissions from markets, working to help improve quality of forecasting process
  • Highlight key insights and questions
  • Manage materials, ensure files are organized appropriately
  • Track and manage actions with teams, highlight key deliverables

Build & manage International greenlight reporting

  • Work with wider team to evolve the greenlight tracker and ensure new aspects of data are captured correctly within it
  • Support delivery of combined WBD greenlight reporting
  • Become expert user of content management system and support overall data governance efforts
  • Input into feedback loop to central teams and local markets on ways to improve process steps. Feed into master template developments
  • Analyse data vs. thresholds and other parameters, flag where updates may be needed
  • Support development of insights with the analytics team including forecast vs. actuals, feedback insights into ongoing process

Support broader global content finance activities

  • Work with team to establish new process around wider content finance projects and process areas including, but not limited to: integration work, cashflow initiatives, intercompany projects and other areas
  • Support ad hoc projects and presentations e.g. building slides, illustrating data insights with simple, clear and perceptive visualisations

Qualifications & Experience...

Would suit someone with some experience or potentially a first job for someone with a degree in a closely connected subject, Ideally educated to degree level

  • Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to work well and communicate effectively in a cross functional, matrix environment
  • Strong analytic, financial modelling and critical thinking skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
