Purpose of role:

• The primary role is to facilitate the set-up of clients on our tax technology platform following globally mandated processes. This would predominantly include liaison with Engagement teams and Global Lead Tax Partners to ensure the appropriate steps are taken, the impacts (both technological and contractual) are understood and validated prior to establishing clients on the appropriate data centres
• This role supports the deployment and adoption of a global tax technology platform to the NSE member firms

Key responsibilities:

• Communicate specific requirements for consideration to engagement teams, ensuring they understand the impact of decisions made
• Assisting engagement teams navigate the requirements and facilitate next steps
• Facilitate and lead discussions with Global Lead Tax Partners (where appropriate) to ensure consideration is given to the technology/client scenario and appreciation of the solution provided to both client users and engagement teams is correct
• Monitor ongoing client set up requests and ensure continued dialogue where appropriate through to resolution
• Liaise with support team (Global and Local) to confirm client data centre location
• Manage and maintain appropriate reporting solutions to ensure transparency across multiple client set up requirements from different use cases
• Feedback improvement suggestions
• Escalate issues to appropriate groups to help unblock challenging scenarios
• Manage workload to meet agreed timeframe within the agreed SLA’s

• Strong analysis, problem solving and written communication skills
• Experience with MS Sharepoint, MS Teams, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel
• Demonstrated capabilities in team work

Personal independence

Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints.
