Joining the AA as a Reward Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Reward Business Partner in the delivery of various Reward initiatives, including, but not limited to, the annual pay and bonus cycle, job evaluations and benchmarking, and the job architecture framework.
What will I be doing?
- Support the delivery of the annual pay and bonus cycle through market analysis, detailed cost modelling, and system changes.
- Support the Reward Business Partner in the design, creation, and implementation of our job architecture framework. This involves the maintenance of our job families and career groups, salary ranges, and related policies.
- Create, design, and deliver MI for a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders across the business, presenting results and analysis where relevant.
- Ownership of external reporting of Gender Pay Gap, Directors’ Remuneration and external audit requests.
- Ensure all requests for job evaluations are completed and output is consistent.
- Support the development of the business in their understanding of the job evaluation process.
- Own the HR system approvals for new positions and position changes, ensuring all positions align with the agreed and communicated grading, salary benchmarking, and titling convention.
What do I need?
Capability, Knowledge and Experience:
- Extensive knowledge of Reward and compensation.
- Experience of supporting an annual pay and bonus cycle.
- Good understanding and experience of job evaluation methodologies, preferably Willis Towers Watson Global Grading.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organisation and third parties.
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced knowledge and experience of Excel.
- Knowledge and experience of Power BI is advantageous, but not essential.
