CVS Health’s Monetization team is seeking an experienced Analyst to support our growing partnerships for the CVS Media Exchange (CMX).
As the Senior Analyst - Media and Ad Tech Partnerships - CVS Media Exchange (CMX) business, you’ll influence the future direction and development of a fast-growing retail media arm for the 4th largest company in the US. CMX is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, and agencies. Our full-funnel ad solutions leverage CVS’s in-store and online data, extensive reach, and to provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with CVS consumers, and convert CVS consumers to shoppers.
The ideal candidate will be a creative, analytical thinker with the ability to work cross-functionally to help drive scalable solutions for our partners and their teams. The candidate will have experience of developing business cases using data & market research, as well as the ability to present analysis to internal & external partners. Candidate must have strong data visualization skills, an innovative spirit, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 43,700
Maximum: 100,000
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

- Support revenue forecasting, financial modeling and business case opportunity sizing
- Support partner RFP processes and vetting
- Mine & translate media, ad tech and data industry trends to the team
- Support operationalizing new partnerships and offerings

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in a supporting role on a partnerships function
- 1+ years experience working with financial modeling, forecasting and opportunity sizing
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with RFP evaluations and processes
- Examples of orchestrating cross-functional teams around a common goal
