- Paying Attention to Detail - Reconcile high dollar and risk transactions prior to election, ensure elections are accurate across multiple custodians and ensuring the payment is made in an accurately and timely manner. Analyze and reconcile data to ensure data integrity on client accounts, control accounts, submissions to depositories, and submissions to transfer agents. Complete all reconciliation activities and provide regular regulatory reporting to management team and control groups as requested ensuring accuracy of information
- Being Analytical - Effectively manage complex issues that require in depth analysis in order to identify the root cause of the issue and to find an optimal solution for our client in a timely and accurate manner.
- Effective Time Management - Prioritize the work to be done in order to meet tight market deadlines or service level agreements. Ensure all requests are received and processed in accordance to appropriate rules, regulations or procedures to meet service level agreements and customer satisfaction.
- Relationship Building - Collaborate with operations client service departments and external/internal business partners in order to identify service gaps and find appropriate solutions to solve them.
