Job description
We seek a motivated individual with experience in NetSuite to assist in the issue resolution of the system for the UK and support our employees. As well as specializing in the NetSuite application, you will also be the first point of contact for IT issues relating to Office 365 and our IT infrastructure. You will be able to lead in the implementation of new technologies and processes to support the growing business. You will work closely with all departments to be able to understand their requirements and support their needs. You will also work closely with our IT colleagues in Australia as required.
Your day-to-day duties and responsibilities will include:
· Provide administration and testing support for NetSuite for the UK
· Provide business system support to users.
· Troubleshoot issues.
· Ensure that all application issues are dealt with effectively and in line with business/user priorities and expectations.
· Produce complex custom reports/saved searches.
· Support the Business with ad-hoc admin tasks.
· Contribute to the continuous maintenance of relevant team documentation, work instructions, FAQ and support guides, creating documentation where required for effective knowledge sharing across the team.
· Work closely with internal users to identify support or change requirements, and where appropriate, recommend possible solutions for systems within your remit.
· Working with a ticket system, ensuring that the detail for requests or issues is logged correctly and accurately.
· Building devices (Laptop/Desktop/Tablet) for new starters/replacement hardware for existing business users, using defined build processes and build systems provided.
· Operating Systems and Software application maintenance and upgrades.
· Maintenance of the IT Infrastructure and hardware devices for BioPak UK.
About You: To be considered you will need the following skills and knowledge:
Essential:
· 5 years plus experience in administering NetSuite.
· Ability to create Saved Searches / Reports within NetSuite.
· Flexible and enthusiastic with strong attention to detail and a drive to succeed.
· An understanding of the technology components (application and infrastructure) utilised in an e-Commerce environment.
· Well presented with excellent communication skills
· Strong customer service skills
· Ability to prioritise workload to meet company and departmental deadlines.
· Strong analytical skills, a problem solver, able to troubleshoot and work alone as well as within a team.
· Able to work independently and flexibly to ensure workload completed and targets met on time.
Desirable:
· Experience with the Magento 2 platform.
· Experience with the Marketo platform.
· Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Windows Applications
· PC hardware support, Building devices (Laptop/Desktop/Tablet), Software maintenance and upgrades.
· SQL skills - Ability to query and troubleshoot issues via SQL when required
· Experience in working within an Agile environment.
· Experience of Application and Database support
· Knowledge of network technologies (LAN, WAN, SAN) and related services.
· ITIL Qualification
· Working knowledge of SuiteScript / JavaScript.

Salary: £32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
