We are working with a leading Real Estate advisory team in London who are looking to grow at the Analyst/Associate level.
The team provide financial advice and transaction execution services and specialises in equity and M&A advisory services, including recapitalisations, joint-venture structuring, restructuring and strategic advisory for corporate real estate transactions.
Ideal candidates will have;
- 1 to 4 years experience in real estate investment, corporate finance, private equity or investment banking
- Fundmanetal knowledge of real estate modelling and multi-sector deal experience
- A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in real estate corporate finance
