Job description
Experience Required: Designed high performance analogue / mixed signal ICs in Bipolar and BiCMOS technologies • Performance mainly relates to high speed • Knowledge of topologies & design structures for line drivers & video op-amps • Voltages in the range 5-10V • Good working knowledge of leading edge processes • Used to working with Foundry Design Kits and working round their limitations Seen more than 2 design through to commercialisation Design for process spread and corner cases Design for test and creating a test specification for the devices Power Management Switched Mode power supply design experience (optional, but desirable) Linear power regulation design experience (optional, but desirable) Good knowledge of ESD and Latch-up prevention techniques Experience with Cadence tool chain is essential
