Anti Money Laundering (AML) Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst
Glasgow
As a Barclays AML QA Analyst, you will be a key member of the AML Operations Quality Assurance team and will be responsible for the Quality Assurance of all Financial Crime Operation Analysts. You will maintain a high standard by checking that investigations are completed in line with Financial Crime Policies and Standards. You will liaise directly with Financial Crime Analysts and Senior Leadership, maintaining a professional manner and delivering excellent client service while managing sensitive client information.

- Working with colleagues and areas across the organization to enable consistently high standards
- Using communication skills to interact professionally with internal and external Stakeholders
• Proven experience in an AML Financial Crime Operations and/or Assurance role
- Broad Banking and Financial Crime experience
- Broad knowledge and understanding of the legislation that affects Barclays and our Clients
- Proven ability to act professionally with both internal and external stakeholders
• Broad knowledge of Barclays' AML, PEPS and Sanctions Policies
- Proven knowledge of the roles and business activities carried out by other teams in Barclays Financial Crime as well as across Barclays' other business functions
- Prior experience with using Barclays' computer systems (such as FullServe, Mantas, Edocs, QMS and Frauds3) would also be valuable
- Proven sound knowledge of investigations and decision making
