Amazon Fulfillment Warehouse Operative Rochdale, England
Job description
We are a fast pace E commerce company looking for reliable and enthusiastic warehouse operatives to join our growing FBA amazon team. Previous experience of sending inventory to amazon fulfillment centers is an advantage but not essential as we provide a full training program.
Job Summary
To count and check stock as it arrives at the warehouse and label products ready for distribution. To prepare shipments to go to amazon fulfillment centers and label ready for courier collection. To process the shipments using excel spreadsheets. To book collection of shipments with courier.
There is some physical warehouse work required to move and store stock.
We have two current vacant positions :
40 hours = Monday - Friday. 9.00 - 17.00
Overtime if available. All employees are required to work either a Saturday or Sunday ( 8 hours ) ONLY during our peak period of 1st Nov - 14th Dec .
Key Responsibilities
Working as fulfillment warehouse operative you will be able to:
Work as part of a team to effectively ensure all product are packed correctly and are processed with care in a timely manner. Have excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Understand specific amazon packaging requirements and check all stock meets these requirements. Have a basic knowledge of excel to input stock movements onto spreadsheets. Use inventory systems to import and export stock movements. Experience of amazon seller central would be an advantage.
Be reliable, trustworthy and have excellent timekeeping.
Be able to work independently and also as part of a team.
The salary meets national minimum wage, immediate start dates are available
