Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage personnel, retain clients, and maintain positive customer relations, playing a significant role in the organization.
- Oversee a segment of the Account Management client portfolio and manage team members.
- Ensure timely project completion, monitor team performance, and consistently add value for clients.
- Train and onboard employees assigned to the designated department.
- Resolve urgent issues promptly and establish and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify and analyze potential risks, develop proactive strategies, and use sound judgment to resolve problems.
- Assist Horison Marketing in resolving service issues and streamline workflows through the development of best practices and procedures.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members as required.
- Assist in managing all aspects of the Amazon selling platform.
- Conduct weekly web calls with employees and clients using platforms like Zoom.
- Above all, focus on growing sales for our clients.
Qualifications:
- Desired 3+ years of experience with Amazon Seller Central or equivalent knowledge/experience. Familiarity with all aspects of Seller Central is crucial, including flat files, inventory management, FBA processes, reinstatements, case filing, Amazon PPC advertising, brand registry troubleshooting, basic Amazon SEO, Helium10, keyword research, etc. Expert-level proficiency in each area is not required, but familiarity and a willingness to learn are essential to train staff and serve clients effectively.
- Strong preference for 2 years of agency experience, as navigating numerous demands and prioritizing agency aspects effectively is crucial.
- Minimum 2 years of management experience a team of at least 50 members. Comfortably leading a team and assisting staff in overcoming challenges is essential. Experience in hiring, performance management, and anticipating agency needs is expected.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing environment and expert multitasking skills to ensure task completion.
- Proficiency in workplace tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Asana (or similar platforms).
- Excellent project management skills and a genuine passion for it.
- Comfortable taking responsibility for client accounts, conducting client calls, and maintaining regular communication to boost their Amazon sales.
- In summary, you should possess knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, have agency experience or equivalent, be comfortable with technology, be independent and people-focused, and have a passion for eCommerce sales.
