We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, ambitious and inspirational colleague to join our successful Junction 16 team.
This post is integral to our schools and all other schools in Derby City and beyond who access Alternative Provision. It plays an important role in enhancing the opportunities for young people. This post would suit a passionate and motivated colleague who is experienced in balancing multiple responsibilities and upholding high quality standards of a crucial educational service. It involves working successfully with children with a range of social, emotional and mental health needs to ensure their success, as well as being able to network confidently with a diverse team of professionals from across the education and wider care landscape.
The successful candidate will have a range of administrative skills that will support the continuation of important processes, whilst also having a keen desire to learn more about the ever-changing face of Alternative Provision. This is a fundamental part of Junction 16’s vision so it is important that the successful candidate can fully embrace and embody this philosophy.

Junction 16 is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Therefore, the successful candidate will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check and other vetting procedures including the provision of two good references.
