Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Location: Launceston, Cornwall, PL15 7FJ
Having an interest in agriculture or coming from a farming background would be beneficial to the role, but not essential.
What you will be doing as an Alternative Feed Administrator:
- Operating the telephone system in a friendly, helpful, and efficient manner and to provide basic information to our customers and answering any enquiries.
- Entering Straights sales and purchase contracts onto D365, organising deliveries, liaising with transport and suppliers.
- Providing administration support in an efficient effective manner for colleagues and customers.
You will need:
- Proven experience of working in an administrative setting
- The ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- To be able to respond to queries and problem solving
- To be a team player and able to work on own initiative
- Excellent attention to detail skills
- Computer skills, with a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office packages
- Strong numerical skills
