HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- To meet & greet all Members and Guests on entering the Club - hosting the Restaurant & Lounges and assist with drinks service
- To ensure the in-house Members & Guests are shown to their Bedrooms - introducing the Bedrooms and present its main features to Members and Guests staying overnight
- To present & offer concierge services to our Members, as well as actively upsell Bedrooms when required and promoting the Club’s private areas and outlets
- To answer all incoming calls in a professional manner and to direct them to the relevant departments or take messages to be relayed - ensuring exceptional levels of customer service at all times
- To ensure that all Restaurant enquiries are dealt with professionally and any special requests are communicated
- To communicate fully with the Housekeeping team when a Member is leaving the Club in order to allow them to access the Bedroom
- To ensure total confidentiality with regard to all Members and Guests profiles & requirements and to protect them from the Media – making sure all Members and Guests are accommodated, according to Club standards
- To become fully conversant with all Front of House related systems and equipment
- To ensure all relevant issues relating to Housekeeping and Maintenance are communicated appropriately - any specific requirements relating to Member/ Guests Bedroom are communicated in advance to the Head Housekeeper
- To ensure that all guest complaints, queries, and requests are dealt with professionally and quickly and communicated to the Reception Manager
- To assist the Reception Manager with taking short lead meetings and private dining bookings – handling all incoming enquiries for The Private Screening Room on behalf of Dunhill retail
- To be fully aware of the events are taking place at the Club in order to advise the Members when requested
- To carry out any reasonable requests from the Senior Management team
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous experience in a Receptionist role
- Prior exposure to dealing with high profile guests
- Experience of setting & maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Relevant computer/IT capability and strong organisational skills
- Good personal presentation
- Professional approach and strong attention to detail
- Ability to deal with people from different cultures & backgrounds
- Confident dealing with challenging situations and high-pressured situations
