Aviation recruitment experts Optime are on the lookout for talented Airport Customer Service Agents to join their industry-leading Heathrow team and ensure that passengers receive the highest quality of care, security, and assistance during their travels.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment in one of the most exciting airports in the world!
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of airport operations, successful candidates will need to be flexible with a positive attitude towards shift work.
What’s on offer:
- £12.50 per hour (paid weekly)
- 40 hours per week (5 days per week including some weekends)
- Earliest Start: 3am
- Latest Finish: 11pm

- Providing exceptional face-to-face customer service; being professional, polite, and courteous at all times.
- Assisting passengers with boarding procedures, luggage requirements and wayfinding queries.
- Performing security checks on individuals and their belongings.
- Provide information for passengers about the airport and facilities.
- Work alongside external airport partners to keep things running smoothly.
- Follow safe working practices.
- Any additional reasonable duties, as assigned by operational management.
- Previous experience of working in a busy, customer-based service role.
- Flexibility - You must be able to work early and late shifts.
- Great work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer service.
- Self-motivated and willing to work using own initiative.
- Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Previous airport experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Must be over 18
- Must have resided in the UK for the last 5 consecutive years due to the enhanced background checks required.
