The Role

We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Technical Cleaner/Tow Driver to join our Base Maintenance Team. This role is based at our head office at Norwich Airport and is Monday – Friday with a seasonal shift pattern.

In this role, your primary duties will be aircraft technical cleaning tasks on aircraft undergoing base maintenance and aircraft towing. Secondary duties will include base maintenance driving/handling-related tasks using a variety of KLMUKE vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

· Maneuvering and towing aircraft as required for heavy maintenance projects.

· Carrying out technical cleaning is requested.

· Accurately completing relevant company paperwork.

· Ensuring dedicated working area is kept clean and tidy.

· Following company Health & Safety policy at all times, reporting hazards, near misses and incidents.

Selection Criteria

· Full driving licence (essential)

· Large vehicle driving/towing experience (essential)

· Aircraft handling/towing experience (desirable)

· Forklift driving qualification (desirable)

· Experience of working within a maintenance or engineering environment (desirable)

· Awareness of HSE regulation and application in the workplace.
