Role and Responsibilities
You will play a key role in shaping and selling highly valuable Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to clients across a number of industries. You should understand the limitations of AI but also its true potential, and help our clients to find value in its application across their organisations.
- Relationship management: Working closely with clients to develop strong professional relationships.
- Deploy your skills in design thinking or other frameworks that facilitate the gathering of client requirements and help them understand the art of whats possible with AI.
- Lead conversations with clients at every level in the organisation.
- Articulate and educate clients on the commercial impacts of technical solutions including AI.
- Win sales opportunities through clear proposal writing with support from our AI Solution Architects.
- Identify and grow new sales opportunities.
- Build trusting relationships with clients and upsell additional services based on their needs.
- Identify emerging industry markets and advise the Senior Management Team (SMT) on business strategy.
- Report weekly into the SMT and CEO.
Professional Experience Required
- Management consultant experience, or relevant industry experience.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in a similar role, ideally within AI or another deep tech sector.
- Experience of working on projects which involve strategic decision-making and choice.
- Demonstrable experience of managing stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to think creatively to solve client issues.
- Structured thinking and the ability to break down complex issues.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to carry out analysis and generate insights and recommendations based on experience or knowledge in AI.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor a message to the audience.
- Strong consulting skills and experience driving business change and adoption.
- Awareness of the data technology landscape, including knowledge of data tools and platforms across AI, machine learning and data visualisation.
Desirable:
- STEM Degree or a background in Computer Science/Engineering.
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence.
