We are looking to recruit an experienced agricultural sales professional to sell farm machinery and aftermarket service to our customers based at our Stourport depot.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to build strong relationships with our customers and demonstrate a real passion for our brands. A background in agriculture or farm/construction machinery is key to make this role a success
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-5:30pm with flexibility to meet customer demand
Salary: Competitive, to be discussed at interview

Day to day duties will include:
- Identifying customers & maintaining the database
- Building customer relationships through time and territory management
- Machinery demonstrations
- Preparation of customer quotes and orders
- Stock control and marketing of second-hand stock
- CRM control
- Supplier negotiating, relationship building and ability to administer supplier terms
- Product knowledge sharing including precision farming solutions
The ideal applicant:
- You will be IT literate, and possess good numeracy and literacy skills
- You will be a team player, but also able to work comfortably on your own
- You will be organised with good attention to detail
- You must be able to negotiate successfully
- You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to nurture and develop relationships
- You will be a calm and resilient individual, with the ability to overcome adversity
- Customer focus will be at the core of everything you do
- Must also possess a full, UK driving licence
- Agricultural or construction machinery background essential
