The Forensic Accountant is an exciting opportunity for which we expect a significant number of applications. This opportunity requires a qualification and some PQE but doesn’t require experience in a Forensic Capacity. This will be a remote working position with travel to/from client sites. Though this is a remote role, this would prefer candidates in the Midlands and the North.
The client is an industry heavyweight with a reputation for client centric claims management, technical innovation and leadership and due to continuing growth, are looking for a Forensic Accountant in multiple locations. In return, the Forensic Accountant can expect a salary between £35,000- £50,000, attractive pension scheme, healthcare benefits, local discounts, career progression and support towards any role relevant qualifications.
The Forensic Accountant will:Assist on Financial Claims e.g. fraud, embezzlement, business interruption.
Use various techniques to analyse and report on Financial Accounts
Some visiting of Insurers, Reinsurers, Claimants and the Insured.
Communicating regularly with all relevant parties, calculating and approving interim payments, preparing interim reports and other communication.
About you Must be newly qualified Accountant
Some PQ experience
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Good customer, organisational & communication skills
