We have a fantastic opportunity for an Agile Project Coordinator to join our Project Management Team in Warwick.

In role, you will own and drive the overall ways-of-working within the team including continuous improvements and removing obstacles that are impending team performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support team and Planning Manager in maintaining artefacts (e.g. sprint plan and backlog)
  • Assist with communication, improving transparency and radiating information
  • Support Resource Owner in identifying individual training needs
  • Coach team members in practices and processes whilst empowering self-organisation
  • Ensure process adherence, implementation and maximisation of benefits
  • Organise and facilitate team related meetings
  • Efficiency/scope-creep management
  • Interact with the team and others to collect lessons learned and share knowledge
  • Track and follow-up on progress, ensuring standards are met
  • Create reports and flags on status to support Operational management
  • Manage JIRA to support project and Sprint Planning

Person Specification:

  • Good knowledge and experience of Scrum/Kanban and other Agile software development methods, processes, and tools
  • Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Project
  • Experience from communicating at different levels within the organisation, including senior management, operations personnel, and customers
  • Project Management experience in Lean/Agile environments
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentational)
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic and timeline sensitive work environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong ability to manage stakeholder expectations
