WHAT TO EXPECT
JLR is experience a transformational period within its project space as we move towards Agile ways of working. In support of this we are looking to appoint a talented Agile Project Coordinator who is familiar with an Agile environment and can influence other in using our workflow management system in a standard way.
This is a change to be innovative and help define where the business is going in support of this unique journey.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Foster Agile working practices in support of Engineering related results- Support the delivery of a standardised operating model for product delivery within Jira (Agile workflow management toolset)
- Drive continuous improvement associated to way of working.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
This role is well suited to those who have a background in Agile project management in a role where they have needed to influence and persuade others on ways of working. It is well suited to those who do not shy away from a challenge and have a positive mindset to overcome challenges and obstacles.- You do not need to have come from an engineering background necessarily.
- This role will require working at our Gaydon, Warwickshire site 1 to 2 days per week subject to the business requirements.
