Role Overview:
As Agile Coach you will help promote an Agile culture and implement change using Agile methodologies. You will bring expertise and experience to directly develop teams working in this way and support training, communications and organisational initiatives to adopt a more agile culture.
What you’ll do:
- Train and mobilise new agile delivery teams in Value Streams, Agile Missions and other change initiatives
- Coach, mentor and guide agile delivery teams to understand and use agile methods to successfully deliver change
- Coach teams to continuously improve their delivery and their agile maturity
- Create and maintain agile education and communications
- Provide coaching and be part of agile communities of practice
- Advocate and champion the spirit of agile, its principles, practices and mindset
- Champion psychological safety within the agile community
- Demonstrate continuous learning and development
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience of working within agile teams in Scrum Master and Agile Coach roles
- Experience of working in a regulated industry
- Hold practical knowledge in both technology and business change
- Demonstrate the ability to deploy the correct blend of Agile, Lean, Design Thinking, DevOps and Kanban
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong organisational skills and fist class communication skills
- Have the capability to lead training and large team sessions
