What you will be doing:

You will be on a development pathway to prepare you to be a Finance IM Transformation Graduate and can expect to be involved in the following;

• Design and support the implementation of Airbus finance core systems or new / improved IT finance products

• Explore emerging technologies in the context of user support to enable step changes in user experience (e.g. Process and technology automation tools, be part of projects to deploy the core or new finance solutions...)

• Improve End Users satisfaction in our different products & services.

• Support data analysis and dashboarding creation/maintenance and improve Finance Operational Excellence.

• Identify improvement opportunities and promote solutions

• Secure permanently the stability, reliability, quality and performance of Airbus Finance Systems

What we look for

To be a successful applicant to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, you will need to demonstrate:

• Educated to a degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study

• Maximum of three years relevant work experience

• Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)

• A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation

• The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.

What you will need to apply:

You must have a Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business, Economy or a related field.

Beneficial:

• Other subjects would be considered with evidence of relevant experience or strong interest in finance
