Verve Health are a leading Healthcare Staffing Solutions Organisation, covering the whole of the UK.We are looking for experienced caring, driven and dedicated individuals to provide cover relief for our partnership organisations in Newton-le-willows and surrounding areas. You will be fully trained to deliver care to the highest possible standards, as well as receiving ongoing mentorship from our Management Team.We are specifically looking for candidates who are flexible and able to work weekends, you will have the opportunity to work in a variation of environments ranging from mental health, Residential care homes and private hospitals and clinic.Please be advised that you must have an NHS COVID pass and the right to work in the UK to apply for this position. Please do not apply without this as your application will be rejected.Given the nature of the role, the majority of shifts are 12hrs in length (day/night). The ability to drive is preferable as there are various placements and shift times.What you’ll be doing:Providing mental and emotional supportAssisting with activities of daily livingPersonal careEnsuring safety and wellbeing of patientsProviding companionshipPromoting independenceBe a key part of multi-disciplinary teamsHow does it work?If successful, you will be invited for a virtual interview. After that, we’ll put you through a DBS check, if you don't already have one, and enroll you onto our training system to complete your certifications.
