Job description
We at Alpha24 currently require HCA/Support Workers to work in 3 different Mental health Groups as well as various care homes which specialise in Mental Health Hospital/Units/Supported Living. Our client requires candidates with experience in:
- Complex needs
- Supported Living
- Mental Health Care Homes
- Personality Disorder
- Acute Wards
- Secure Rehab Units
- Autism
- Learning disabilities
- Eating disorders
- Drug and Alcohol Rehab
- Substance Misuse
The clients currently require candidates that are flexible either working ad-hoc shifts or block bookings. They have full time work available and we can offer advance bookings of up to 1 week or up to 3 months. Both night and day staff are required.
Candidates that deliver an exceptional service will be offered block bookings
Applicants will be required to have a minimum of 1 years’ previous experience working within a mental health setting.
Applicants must have the following to be considered for this role
- NI Check
- Mandatory Training (we can also organize this)
- PMVA/MAPA Training - we can also offer this training
- Right to Work - If you are on a 20 hour student visa you are not eligible for this role.
- Proof of NI
- Car driver preferred but not required
- Covid -19 vaccination
