Hours – 35 hours per week (5 of 7 days)

What We’re Looking For:
Chelsea are looking for an Agency Account Manager to drive new business into our venue, proactively promoting and selling event’s at Club Chelsea. Building and developing current and new relationships with agents and corporates to enhance client retention and new business opportunities. Attending networking and industry events as the brand ambassador for events at club Chelsea.
Brief description and duties:
- Identify and approach new business opportunities in the event industry to drive revenue into the venue outlets.
- Key lead/contact for agents – building relationships, hosting familiarisation trips and attending industry, exhibition, conference & networking events.
- Act as brand ambassador on and off site -meeting clients to present Events at Club Chelsea and venue offering.
Must Haves/qualified by demonstrable experience to the level required:
- Successful track record in face-to-face proactive sales role
- Confident in collaborating with all levels of clientele and presenting to large groups of people.
- Industry knowledge
- CRM Dynamics experience
- Previous venue experience
- Result driven with motivation and aim to reach and exceed personal and team targets.
- Excellent communication & relationship building skills.
- Ability to use initiative, think fast and have good negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel when required.
- Well-presented and organised.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Self-starter who can work alone or as part of a team
- To act with honesty and integrity as an CFC ambassador
