Opportunity at RRG Peugeot Rochdale – Aftersales Support Assistant
Due to continuous growth RRG Peugeot Rochdale now has an exciting opportunity for a Aftersales Support Assistant to join their team! The ideal candidate will have experience as a service advisor or similar within the automotive industry and is looking for a senior role with career progression and reduced working hours as this position is part time, working 3 to 4 days per week.
Main duties of the role will include booking customer’s cars in for service/MOT, co-ordinating the movements of the customer vehicles through the service centre, customer enquiries, up selling and general administration tasks. We are looking for candidates with a passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service and the personality to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships. Ideally, the successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, be target orientated and be a team player. Additionally, the successful applicant will also have excellent communication skills, provide a high level of customer service and have the ability to use their own initiative.
