Shift Pattern: Mon, Wed, Thurs, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - 40 hours a week

Our Cleaning Supervisors do two things: they lead by example, and they organise, encourage, and support their team members. A big part of this is making sure everything runs smoothly, so you’ll set standards, organise shift rotas and make sure your team has all the right equipment they need. Leading one of our cleaning teams isn’t always easy. But it is really rewarding. It takes someone with amazing energy, enthusiasm, a love for teamwork, and a real commitment to doing a great job, right from the word go.
