About us CHEER MADNESS LLC is a non-competitive cheerleading company for ages 3 to 14, located in Montgomery County, MD. Our mission is to provide a fun, safe space for children to learn about cheerleading and dance. No pressure, just positivity! We strive to promote confidence and healthy choices, while bringing the community together. Our organization specializes in youth development through cheerleading & dance programs. As such, we are looking for instructors who are capable of teaching basic dance techniques, have a degree of creativity and a passion for working with children. Responsibilities: * Supervise groups of 10-15 children * Be able to follow a basic fitness lesson plan * connect with students while playing games and doing crafts * Be able to communicate well with students and parents. **Must have reliable transportation, and be able to easily and consistently move around the Montgomery County area.
