Our Apprenticeship Programme
Our Apprenticeship programme is for 19 months with the opportunity to remain as a permanent employee based on your performance. The Apprenticeship programme is an opportunity to get hands on experience of Digital Marketing and gain a Level 3 Digital Marketing qualification through Newcastle college.
Apprenticeship Responsibilities
You will be responsible for supporting Affiliate Managers and Executives with day-to-day campaign optimisation, client reporting and building relationships for our large and varied array of clients.
With the support of your team, you’ll:
- Support account managers and executives in service delivery to a high standard
- Develop and manage timetables and deadlines for clients, suppliers and internal departments
- Help to develop strong relationships with affiliates and networks through delivery of regular reports and communication
- Analyse competitor activity and investigate trend research to increase awareness of client markets
- Collaborate with other services including SEO, Analytics and Paid Marketing, to exceed client goals through a focused, multi-channel approach
- Keep abreast of new changes, industry developments and opportunities for Silverbean to remain a provider of digital marketing knowledge via our Blog and Insights
- Support Silverbean’s own marketing and new business development teams with case studies, blog posts and pitch material

- Organised: You’ll be confident in managing a busy workload, overseeing complex and multi-service projects, working to deadlines and prioritising tasks to keep on top of multiple campaigns, clients and other tasks.
- Innovative and enthusiastic: You will be willing and able to go above and beyond for your clients, challenge yourself and take risks.
- An excellent communicator: You will have the ability to adapt your communication skills depending on the audience.
The application process
After receiving your CV, you will be briefed with the task of creating an A4 newsletter that you will design with the goal of showcasing and promoting 3 products from a given client.
If successful following your newsletter submission, you will be invited into our Newcastle based office for a 30 minute interview which will be made up of competency based questions relating to the role.
