Aesthetician London

Our client is a Luxury Aesthetic Consultancy that has launched some of the market leading treatments in the heart of Marylebone, London.

They are currently seeking enthusiastic talented Aestheticians to join this new exciting journey as we embark on this soft launch.

Job role

The role will cover hands on and non-surgical treatments. The applicant will have the existing experience to be comfortable treating multiple clients a day, have professional confidence in their work and in their interactions with clients. Clients come to receive honest consultation advice , receive luxury treatments and leave feeling confident in their decision.

Candidate Requirements

• 5 years’ minimum experience in the medical aesthetic industry.

• Clear and concise communication.
• Articulate and exemplary written and spoken technical English essential
• Experience working with advanced lasers, radio frequency, cryolipolysis, and ultrasound based devices.
• Experience working with ZO / Obagi / Mesoestetic skincare programmes, and an in-depth knowledge of this product line, including ingredients, applications and the ability to guide a client through the proper use of skincare products which support in-clinic treatments.
• Ability to perform a multitude of advanced skin and body treatments including , skincare treatments related to hyper pigmentation, rosacea, melasma, acne, scar remediation, skin laxity, ageing, cellulite reduction, fat melting, and other issues of concern, including chemical peels, laser treatments for skin rejuvenation.

• Ability to promote services and products with a natural ease and confidence, and to hit revenue targets.
• Extensive experience working in similar prominent establishments with exacting clientele and be accustomed to VIP’s
• Punctuality and keeping to a schedule

• Licence/Certification:

  • level 3 & level 4 in light & lasers

Remuneration

• Up to £35,000 per annum base salary for the qualified candidate, plus commission.
