THE JOB ROLE
Established 12 years ago Aesthetic Response is a unique award-winning company with an amazing team and we’re looking for our next great new team members.
Our small, friendly team provide our aesthetic clients with exceptional customer service support operating as a remote receptionist to their clinic on their behalf.
This role is a fast-paced telephone focused role - interesting and rewarding and would suit someone who is looking for a medium to long term role, with the possibility of future advancement.
Although a remote and home working position – candidates will need to complete our office based induction and training in Gateshead, close to the Metro Centre, before moving to home working after around 6 weeks and then with ad-hoc days in the office.

We are looking for a reliable, efficient, self-starter with great customer service skills to join our team. Personality, common sense, positivity and organisation are all key.
Experience in areas such as hotel reception, administration, customer service or sales would be ideal.
REQUIRED HOURS
Full time role 37.5 hours weekly, shifts are over 5 days between 08.30-19:00, with a maximum of 1 Saturday a month 09:00 - 15:00, so 1 week day off per month.

In providing remote front of house service to a number of aesthetic clinics across the UK you will be responsible for helping to manage their clients with their enquiries and bookings.

- Comfortable working from home after 6 weeks of office-based induction training.
- Dealing with approx. 70 client / patient enquiries per day based on a mix of inbound/outbound calls, emails and message responses – No cold calling!
- 60% of enquiries are booking existing clients in for treatment appointments, re-scheduling appointments and assisting with ‘in the moment’ needs.
- 20% of the role is speaking with first time enquirers to get them booked in for consultations.
- 20% is message taking and providing a professional polished service to a number of clinics.

MORE ABOUT THE TRAINING
- Initial 6 weeks of training between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 – office based in Gateshead.
- You will receive one to one training as we carefully build your working knowledge of our systems and our clients.
- Ongoing support continues when you start working from home, with refresher training in the office as and when needed.

SALARY:
- Starting salary from £20,475 increasing after successful completion of probation.
