Rate: £10.50/hr increasing to £11.31/hr with training and completion of 3-month probation

Who are we looking for?
Due to ongoing expansion, we are looking for Aerospace Manufacturing Operatives to join our team in Newtownards to add to our team working with our global Aerospace sector clients. Your Role:
· As an Aerospace Manufacturing Operative, you will be one of our core team contributing to our development and growth within the Aerospace industry. Your main responsibilities will be:
· The ideal candidate will possess a passion for making things, with a result oriented and proactive mind-set. The successful candidate will have the chance to work on projects throughout their career with the Technical Metals Group, developing their knowledge as an Aerospace Manufacturing Operative.
· Inspect the products you are responsible for, for compliance with specifications and quality requirements
· Understand shop floor documentation; stamp documentation to indicate the completion of tasks
Experience/Qualifications -Aerospace Manufacturing Operative
· Ensuring production lines/processes are operating in a smooth and efficient manner
· Innovating ways to optimise current processes
· Complying to national and international regulatory requirements
· Full training will be given
Experience required:
· A background within a manufacturing environment is desirable although training will be given to suitable candidate. Knowledge of anodising and buffing is preferred.
· Knowledge of different quality standards (i.e., ISO9001, AS9100)
