Job Title: Aerospace Engineer
Location: Broughton, UK
Desired Competency:
- BE/ BTech Degree in Mechanical /Production/Industrial and Aerospace Engineering.
- 1-8 Years of experience in Aerospace Manufacturing Industry.
- Must have experience in Time/ motion and method study.
- Proficient in writing Manufacturing assembly sequence and standard operating procedure (work instructions).
- Knowledge about Manufacturing and Process Planning Methods.
- Experience in standard time calculations and bottle neck analysis.
- Configuration expertise in Production planning module of SAP.
- Hands on Experience CATIA /UG NX or any 3D virtualization tools.
- Experience of Airbus Tools & Methods is an added advantage.
- Hands on experience in MTM tools (Blue card), highly desirable.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Create standard operating work order and instructions/ technical data and safety aspects by video analysis of operator work.
- Calculate standard time at routing operating level using tools like MTM 1 & UAS.
- Bottle neck analysis and reduce time gap by observing operator time/ motion and method study.
- Creating and Updating scheme of instruction (SAP -PEA & PAC).
- Create & Release Routing, As-Prepared BOM, Industrial Request & Configuration
- Engineering change management and industrialization documentation
- Create tooling Notification for specific Jigs & tools and maintenance.
- Create procedure for SAP standard Production planning and material management.

Salary: £23,530.17-£40,000.00 per year
