Vertu Motors - Team Valley Gateshead!
Due to our ongoing company growth at Vertu Motors, we have an exciting opportunity for a Live Chat Advisor to join our fantastic team at our Head Office on Team Valley, Gateshead.
This is a full-time role where you will be working 40 hours on a 7-week rota - you will be working between the hours of 09:00am – 22:00pm Monday to Friday and working two weekends out of 7 between the hours of 09:00am-17:00pm.
Offering a basic salary of £ £23,880.40.
During your training and probation, you will be office based, but after this there is flexibility for you to work from home and in the office!
Like us, you will understand that delivering an outstanding customer experience in an efficient manner is a top priority. Our live chat advisor’s duties will vary between booking or service enquiries, parts enquiry, general enquiry, sales enquiry etc. You will manage and reply to any inbound comment received across our social channels for the business and reply to all reviews across various platforms for the business. As a live chat advisor, you will also deal with all general enquiry emails received through the customer service team inbox.
