Job Title: IT Infrastructure Advisor
Hours: Full time, Mon – Thurs 8.30am - 5pm, Fri 8.30am – 4.30pm
Salary: 23K to 25K DOE
Location: Acacia House, Taunton

Our IT Infrastructure Team is key to our success; delivering the technical solutions that empower our teams to deliver excellent care to our customers.
As part of your role, your duties will include:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support; including but not limited to Microsoft Azure, Intune, Office 365, Active Directory, Windows Servers, Citrix, Mitel telephony and business systems.
- Assists with the implementation of new systems
- Deal with hardware failures and provide appropriate solutions
- Site Audits
- Participation in the company emergency on-call rota.
You will:
- Have a passion for IT and keenness to expand your knowledge and skills
- Have a problem solving / analytical mind with good communication and organisational skills.
- Have previous experience within a 1st and 2nd line support role.
- Have at least 2 years' experience supporting users in a corporate IT environment
- Have experience supporting Windows desktop operating systems and thin clients. Experience supporting mobile devices in a corporate environment would be advantageous.
- Have experience supporting the Office 365 product suite, including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
- Have a full driving license with access to a car, as the role will require visiting our care homes and offices when required.
