As a delivery bookings advisor you will be a fun, caring individual. You will be an excellent communicator with a great telephone manner. You will have a good attention to detail to ensure there are no issues on the day of delivery from contact details to the delivery address. There are a lot of cogs that turn in Sofology to keep us running, and yours is a vital one.

The delivery bookings advisor will book deliveries for our customers through outbound and inbound calls. They will liaise with customer queries around the delivery estimation of their furniture as well as taking remaining balances on orders. You will update any relevant systems across the business.

• Make outbound calls and take inbound calls to arrange delivery dates

• Help customers to navigate MySofology

• Take remaining balances on orders

• General enquiries around delivery

• Corresponding with the stores and warehouse departments

• Ensuring correct Data Protection is carried out

• Prompting warehouse searches for furniture that cannot be located

• A proven track record of providing excellent customer service

• Excellent communications skills

• Tenacious ability to meet deadlines and targets

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
