Resourcing Advisor

Homebased role with monthly attendance to team meetings in the Midlands/ London

Immediate start - FTC until 31/12/2023

Salary £25,678 per annum (£28,678 inclusive of London Allowance)

Are you an experienced Resourcing Advisor?

Do you have experience within the Health and Social Care Sector?

We are looking for a Resourcing Advisor ideally with experience within the Health & Social care sector to join our People & OD team.

We are a small team managing a high volume of vacancies from entry level to senior management, therefore the ability to multitask and work under pressure whilst delivering a excellent customer service is a must.

Reporting to the Resourcing Manager, you will be responsible for the effective resourcing of roles from our operational services including contracted and bank workers and our central functions/departments. You will ensure that our candidate and customer journey is excellent throughout the recruitment process and that talent is sourced in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

You will own our front-end recruitment process from vacancy requisition and attraction through to offer. In addition, you will provide stakeholders with sound advice, manage our applicant tracking system and promote Rethink as an employer of choice.

Our Resourcing Team is responsible for the front end resourcing process right up until the verbal offer has been made. We advise hiring managers on their vacancies and support in the advertising, sifting and interviewing for their role. Our work is designed to align group and individual goals and performance with the organisation’s overall vision and goals.

Who I am?

I have the essentials covered:

  • Strong background in Recruitment gained through an agency or in-house environment.
  • Strong experience of designing competency-based interviewing tools and assessments, as well as assessment centres.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, confident communicator both verbally and in writing
  • Proactive recruiting through online e.g. LinkedIn, Social media.
  • Networking and building relationships
  • Excellent knowledge of Recruitment legislation and HR Best Practice

I may also have

  • Relevant professional registration e.g. CIPD Associate, or REC level 3 certificate in Recruitment or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience of using a range of psychometric tools, e.g. DISC, Myers Briggs (preferably Level A&B qualified)
  • Experience of partnering with a number of stakeholders across and complex and diverse organisation
  • Appointments will be at the minimum of the band.
  • London Allowance is paid for roles that are based within the Greater London area only.
