An exciting new position has arisen for a Money Matters Advisor to work within our Money Matters team. This role will make a real difference to our customers lives and help improve their financial wellbeing.
You will help our customers to maximise their income, help them budget, whilst also providing advice and support to help them maintain their tenancy.
You will put our customers at the heart of what you do every day, by providing support and advice on benefits, tax credits, debt management, energy use, and budgeting.
You will work closely with other teams across Magna as well as outside agencies and ensure you keep up to date with your knowledge so that you can provide the best support to our customers.
You will embed best practice in problem solving and ensure that you keep accurate written records.
You will:
- Have up to date benefit knowledge

- Work well on your own initiative

- Put our customers at the heart of what you do
- Be able to drive and have access to a car
This role is primarily based at home but will involve some home visits.
