The NISC IV program within the Civil group at Leidos is seeking an Executive Advisor to support the FAA’s Office of Operations Research Analysis by performing a wide range of program office support functions to support the efficient operation of System Operations Services. These requirements are including but not limited to, activities associated with the annual business cycle, the coordination of data for input into business plans, and communication services in support of internal and external meetings. The overall goal is to provide strategic financial management and communications support for the efficient operation of System Operations Services.
Primary Responsibilities
Support System Operations Services by providing to the activities of the annual business planning cycle. Coordinate data and input from AJR directorates for input into business plans. Additional business support includes financial management support for the efficient operation of System Operations Services.
The Contractor must also provide communication expertise and services to support internal and external meetings and communications. This support will include a monthly newsletter to Executive stakeholders and Field Managers with articles to include, but not limited to, program progress, human-interest stories, success stories, and lessons learned.
Provide support for the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) responses, checklist, and invoicing practices. Additional support will include the administration of the FOIA KSN site and request tracking.
The Contractor will also provide support by developing materials and communications in support of it Acumen, Basics and Communications (ABC) Program. Deliverable will include awareness collateral/promotional materials, various templates, and other communication devices and templates.
Basic Qualifications
- Requires a BA degree and 12 –15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience or if no degree, additional related work experience can be substituted. Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasking and deadlines.
- Experienced providing financial management support.
- Work well with management staffs including external organizations to ensure timely follow up and on-time completion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with FAA and FAA Strategic communications and financial planning.
- Ability to develop and coordinate among working groups comprised of multiple agencies and senior level individuals to achieve common goals.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $105,300.00 - $162,000.00 - $218,700.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
