Job description
EMyth Coaching Advisor (Sales - Remote)
Does this sound like you?
You’re focused on and motivated by the pursuit of your goals. You enjoy producing results. You like to win, and you see losses as opportunities to learn and grow rather than a source of discouragement.
You welcome feedback and mentoring, even when it’s uncomfortable and are able to integrate new learning into your sales conversations quickly.
People tell you you’re insightful, genuinely empathetic and a good listener. You don’t take things at face value and you wonder what drives people to do what they do. You’re able to look past others’ emotions, rather than getting hooked by them, and remain curious about what’s underneath.
You’re a keen and active observer of both spoken and unspoken cues. You hear things others miss, you ask questions others avoid. People count on you to tell them the truth even when it’s difficult. They trust you because you care and you’re interested in helping others find and remove the obstacles that block forward movement and inhibit personal growth.
You’re inspired by the opportunity to use your skills to help business owners find the solutions they’re searching for.
If this sounds like you, we’d love to talk with you.

About us:
Our mission at EMyth is simple: to help every small business owner create a business they love leading and a life they love living. We pioneered the business coaching industry in 1977, which was followed by the release of The EMyth Revisited by our founder Michael E. Gerber. It's one of the 10 best-selling business books of all time and has inspired millions of business owners to work on their business, not just in it. Based on the principles of the book, the EMyth Coaching Program is designed to help business owners make the transition from Technicians, whose businesses work because of them, to Entrepreneurs, whose businesses can flourish without them.
EMyth has developed, over decades, proprietary business development products and services designed to assist business owners in building a business that works. The EMyth Coaching Program offers business owners a comprehensive system with a proven methodology and set of practical tools.
We welcome applicants of any gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, socioeconomic and family status, disability and veteran status.
