Job description
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Conveyancing Advisor to join our Head Office in Bracknell. This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and proactive individuals with excellent communication skills to join our team and establish themselves in a massive growth industry with a clear progression into management and a maximised earning potential.
As a Conveyancing Advisor, you will need to:
- Make outbound calls from Chancellors Group customers and clients
- Generate and book conveyancing and financial services referrals for Chancellors Group offices and convert opportunities into potential business.
- Make the maximum number of calls possible in call round sessions
- Handle any complaint in line with company policy and escalate complaints to the Customer Services Manager
- Ensure branch teams and regional managers are briefed on matters that arise where further action is needed
- Produce monthly commission claims based on completed actions
- Conduct other administration tasks as directed by the Call Centre Manager or Team Leader
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous telesales experience
- Demonstrate the ability to hit and exceed targets
- Have excellent communication skills over the telephone
- Have a pro-active and can do approach
- Be well spoken and articulate
- Be highly motivated to succeed

Pay: £16,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
