We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide advice via telephone and digital channels to clients throughout Wales and England.

Hours: Full-Time, 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Salary scale: £19,285 - £22,401
Holidays: 30 days’ annual leave per annum, plus Bank Holidays
Start Date: 28th November 2022

Location: Barry and Cardiff
We have contracts that require us to provide advice in Welsh. Therefore, in recognition of the value of this skill, a successful applicant who can speak fluent Welsh will have an increase applied to the basic salary that is shown above.
Qualifications and Skills:
The successful candidates will:
- Have experience in delivering excellent customer service either in a face to face, telephone or other digital environment
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Have good data entry and IT skills.

Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer enquiries
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with organisational policies
